The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for marketing, selling, and coordinating event spaces at Acqua Restaurant and Banquets. This role involves managing customer inquiries and serving as the primary contact for all event-related details. The Catering Sales Manager will oversee the coordination of event information and resources, while also focusing on account management, sales prospecting, and business development.

  • Revenue management and effective communication

The Catering Sales Manager will prepare proposals for clients and ensure that event records are meticulously organized. Building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external partners is essential to delivering innovative and memorable events.

Customer Relationship Management:

Exceptional communication and customer relationship management skills are crucial for this role. The Catering Sales Manager should be polished and articulate, using these skills to foster and manage client relationships. Staying informed about hospitality trends and pursuing new market opportunities to enhance event sales is a priority. Regular meetings with clients and conducting facility tours are part of the responsibilities, along with providing accurate and timely information to clients, vendors, and planners.

Event Planning:

The Catering Sales Manager will handle all aspects of event planning, including logistics and detailed preparations. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Preparation of comprehensive Banquet Event Orders, including contracts, floor plans, and invoices, is a key responsibility. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
