Position Summary

The Project Engineer will collaborate closely with project managers to achieve project objectives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting project managers in the execution of project goals.
  • Delegating tasks to team members as necessary to meet project objectives.
  • Monitoring various project components and providing hands-on assistance to ensure timely completion.
  • Evaluating project targets to confirm their feasibility.
  • Communicating with project leads and other managers to uphold project timelines and effectiveness.
  • Assisting in the procurement of materials and resources essential for project success.
  • Analyzing project implementation and collecting data on execution.
  • Coordinating with project managers and leads post-project execution.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or project management within the general contracting sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a passion for collaborating with diverse teams.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to new software tools for project tracking.
  • A technical background with a solid understanding of building engineering and commercial projects.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience, along with:
  • A performance-based bonus structure, typically ranging from $8,000 to $15,000 in the first year.
