Core Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.

Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Guarantee that projects are delivered on schedule, within financial constraints, and meet established quality benchmarks.

Conduct frequent site inspections to assess progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to evaluate plans and specifications.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and progress updates.

Effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and resolve any issues.

Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to foster a safe and efficient work environment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a comparable role.

In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and materials.

Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam or ProCore.

Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and guiding a team.

Strong grasp of budgeting, scheduling, and project management principles.

Ability to interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications accurately.

Experience with construction estimating software like HeavyBid is advantageous.

Proficient problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure.
