Key Responsibilities
  • Project Setup: Initiate projects by reviewing specifications, contracts, and drawings to determine construction requirements and plan effective procedures.
  • Performance Management: Oversee overall project performance, focusing on scope, safety, quality, schedule, innovation, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact, managing and aligning customer expectations with project performance.
  • Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status and performance metrics to executive management.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to IEW's internal Project Management and Safety Standards.
  • Project Execution: Plan, execute, monitor, and control all aspects of the project to achieve successful completion.
  • Vendor Management: Supervise onsite vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project scope and performance standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and consistent submittal logs and provide updates, schedules, and reports as needed.
  • Safety Coordination: Ensure all team members receive proper safety training and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction industry practices, processes, and standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to quality and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands.
