Position Summary

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with project managers to achieve project objectives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting project managers in the execution of project goals.
  • Delegating tasks to team members as necessary to meet project objectives.
  • Monitoring various project components and providing hands-on support to ensure timely completion.
  • Evaluating project targets to confirm their feasibility.
  • Coordinating with project leads and other managers to uphold project timelines and effectiveness.

  • Analyzing project implementation and collecting data on execution performance.
  • Collaborating with project managers and leads post-project execution.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or project management within the general contracting sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities; energized by collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, with a willingness to learn new software for project tracking.
  • A technical background with a solid understanding of building engineering and commercial projects.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000, based on experience.
