Job Title: IT Contracts Administrator

Evolver Commercial is seeking a skilled IT Contracts Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective management and administration of IT contracts and staffing agreements.

The IT Contracts Administrator will be responsible for coordinating all IT-related contracts, including staff augmentation agreements. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of IT contract management, vendor relationships, compliance, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Develop, review, and negotiate IT contracts, including staff augmentation agreements. Ensure that all contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with IT vendors and staffing agencies. Evaluate performance and manage any issues or disputes.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with IT contracts and staffing.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all IT contracts and agreements. Prepare and update reports and summaries for management as needed.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, vendor pricing, and staffing practices. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize contract terms and staffing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, procurement, legal, and other relevant departments to support contract administration and address any issues or needs.
  • Support Contracts Manager: Assist the Contracts Manager in various tasks, including contract negotiations, managing contract workflows, and implementing process improvements.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers and Leaders: Work with hiring managers and organizational leaders to understand staffing needs, ensure alignment of staff augmentation contracts, and address any issues related to staffing agreements.
  • Contract Renewal & Amendments: Oversee contract renewal processes and amendments. Ensure timely and effective renewals and updates to existing agreements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in IT contract management, with a focus on staff augmentation, vendor management, and market analysis.
  • 5 years of experience with Workday or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • 5 years of experience with contract management software.
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in IT contract management, with a focus on staff augmentation, vendor management, and market analysis.
  • 8 years of experience with Workday or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • 8 years of experience with contract management software.
  • 8 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A relevant certification (e.g., Certified Professional in Contract Management) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of IT contracts and staffing agreements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex documents and understand legal and technical terminology.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with market research and analysis, including vendor pricing and industry trends.

Actual salary will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, market, and work location. The client offers benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual salary range for this position in San Francisco Bay Area is between: $50,000-$70,000 USD.
