Job Description

Top Shelf Building Maintenance Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the B2B sales division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Ability to travel locally, with occasional overnight stays
