Job Description
This role involves serving as the primary attorney specializing in estate planning and probate matters, directly engaging with clients to achieve their objectives. The successful candidate will provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire process, from initial consultation to successfully closing the case file.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with strong references to support their expertise. A background of at least 3 years in estate and trust administration and probate is essential for this role. The applicant must be a graduate of an accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law in Florida. Residency in Florida is also a mandatory prerequisite for this position.
