Provider Enrollment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Hope Network. As a key member of our enrollment team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate enrollment of clinical and professional staff with all payers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, process, and maintain new and existing member enrollments and/or disenrollments in accordance with all payers and departmental procedure.
  • Provide timely and professional assistance with internal and external customers regarding all issues related to the provider enrollment process.
  • Interpret and apply various payer enrollment and eligibility rules and procedures as needed during the enrollment process.
  • Monitor, research, and reconcile errors and rejections related to provider enrollment activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3-5 years of current experience in credentialing and/or the provider enrollment process.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry and the enrollment process for commercial insurances.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office products.
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate within an environment that presents multiple needs, demands, and changes.
