This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and entrepreneurial Culinary professional. The successful candidate will oversee all kitchen operations while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment for the staff.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
  2. Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards.
  3. Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation based on Company and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, preferably to include experience leading a corporate dining account.

Eurest offers a competitive salary range of $100000 - $120000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
