Job Summary

C2 ALASKA, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Document Records Manager III Senior Division of Corporate Finance to provide document management services for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Corporation Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform organization, indexing, access, retrievals, preservation, assign security, data entry, and implement appropriate retention.
  • Process incoming offsite records and prepare records inventories.
  • Perform scanning/digitization, compose correspondence, conduct research, and create and perform box inventory indexing and culling.
  • Maintain electronic inventory tracking, prepare records for on/off-site transfer and disposition, and proofread, edit, and correct text files created using Optical Character Recognition programs.
  • Complete log sheets and reports on tasks' progress, perform labeling, barcoding, and bates stamping, and perform document/record maintenance within assigned divisional internal systems.
  • Perform quality checks related to review of documents for accuracy, formatting, and system capability, and perform document distribution and control.
  • Assemble/disassemble documents, perform typing assignments, retrieve and process various media formats, and oversee the efforts of less senior staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college, university, school, or educational institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Minimum six (6) years' experience with document management/document control.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communications skills, experience with content management systems and databases, and ability to respond to email inquiries and perform quality control checks.
  • Demonstrated experience with archival processing and digitization projects, ability to utilize Adobe Acrobat to input and extract information, and ability to implement effective records management strategies and resolve issues.
  • Possess a keen sense of accountability and taking ownership, be a critical thinker who displays a high level of accuracy and great attention to detail, and be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro, and ability to provide favorable credit history.
