Job Title: Executive Communications Lead - Branch & Small Business

Job Summary:

Nhcchq is seeking an experienced Executive Communications Lead to support the Branch & Small Business Banking Leader role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications and be able to effectively lead internal and external communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote company goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development of external communications materials, including press releases, media kits, and other supporting materials.
  • Partner with the Consumer & Business Banking communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Represent Nhcchq at various community, business, and educational events.
  • Manage and evaluate company-wide communication strategies to ensure effective communication to employees, shareholders, and the community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in communications activities.
  • 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Proven communication management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research, analysis, and interviewing skills.
  • Well-developed organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence internal and external parties.
