About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned communications professional to drive and shape our client's global communications strategy and execution on a regional level. As a key member of the Executive leadership team, you will work closely with global leaders to ensure alignment of global strategy within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the North American communications strategy and execution, working closely with the Executive leadership team and global leaders.
  • Drive the global corporate identity and brand within the region, ensuring a strong corporate global brand.
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights across the globe to shape and communicate the overall vision.
  • Define and execute internal and external communications strategies, including content creation, intranet, social media, and public relations.
  • Manage and maintain all public relations strategy and activities, acting as the primary spokesperson and media relations person.
  • Oversee all marketing activities and execution, including global tradeshows, messaging, sales enablement, customer presentations, marketing collateral, and corporate website.
  • Support and drive communications pertaining to global sustainability goals and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading marketing and international communications, public relations in a global company.
  • Experience in a business-to-business manufacturing environment.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, commercial and business acumen, and crisis management skills.
  • Executive presence, cultural awareness, and strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to travel 20-30%.
