Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Receive, route, and fulfill orders from patients, providers, and medical facilities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Customer Service: Answer patient and provider inquiries, provide product and service solutions, and offer excellent care and support.
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Inventory Management: Pull DME/Kits/SIC from inventory, prepare packaging, and dispense in person.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, providers, and staff members to ensure seamless care and service.
- Confidentiality: Maintain complete confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ years' experience in DME customer service or a customer service environment in the medical or DME industry preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills; ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
