Job Title: Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at McGrath. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Manage the contract approval process, working closely with sales, management, and customers to obtain executed contracts in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate the credit approval process, working with the credit analyst and negotiating with customers on additional credit requirements.
  • Obtain documentation to set up new vendors and ensure existing vendors meet company requirements.
  • Work with sales and management to maintain accurate data and conduct data clean-up as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from our CustomerHub (portal).
  • Prepare and execute lease extension documents for current customers.
  • Facilitate the purchase of buildings for current customers wishing to purchase their leased units.
  • Prepare documentation for changes in rental rate and work closely with Operations, Sales, and Billing to ensure customer billing is correct.
  • Obtain approvals and code invoices for payment.
  • Provide administrative support to sales, operations, and management.
Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to stay organized while navigating multiple applications and processes.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work well as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus.
Work Environment:

Extended periods of time sitting and working on a computer.
