About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows experienced sales professionals to take their career to the next level by joining Rippling's fast-paced and dynamic sales environment. As an Account Executive, Cross-Sell, Global, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales efforts.

Key responsibilities include running sales cycles from discovery and demo to close, closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently, managing pipeline in Salesforce to progress pipeline & accurately forecast revenue, leveraging MEDDICC for opportunity qualification, becoming a product expert across our entire platform and understanding our competitor landscape, and working closely with peers in Account Management and SDR teams to increase Rippling sales into existing customer base.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong track record of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B, with a proven ability to carry a $3M+ annual quota and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products is highly desirable.
