About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our most complex and critical projects. As a TPM, you will be responsible for executing large-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and driving teams to deliver and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale, cross-organization programs, integrations, and migration efforts
  • Work with teams to clarify goals and deliverables, bringing data to planning and prioritization
  • Break down projects into component parts, identifying and tracking dependencies and opportunities for optimization
  • Create and refine processes when necessary, maintaining focus on reliability and continual improvements
  • Identify KPIs and success metrics, collect and analyze data, and make information visible
  • Communicate goals, status, risks, and impact to teams and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Solid technical background with experience in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or information systems
  • At least 5+ years of experience in technical program management in a dynamic and highly technical environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience building and fostering effective working relationships
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in an innovative environment
  • Data-driven approach to program management, with experience building tools and driving stakeholder buy-in
