Position Overview:
As a Cardiovascular Sales Consultant at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, you will be tasked with driving sales performance in the cardiovascular and metabolism sectors across designated territories.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and enhance market presence by effectively engaging with healthcare professionals, including cardiologists and specialists.
2. Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustained business growth and customer loyalty.
3. Utilize analytical skills to assess market dynamics, competitor strategies, and clinical insights to inform business decisions.
4. Adapt sales strategies based on local market conditions to optimize performance and address competitive challenges.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to establish effective communication channels and streamline processes.
6. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and manage administrative tasks efficiently, including reporting and expense management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- A valid driver’s license is necessary.
- Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare sales or business-to-business sales is preferred.
- Experience in cardiovascular or thrombosis therapeutic areas is advantageous.
- Proven track record of sales achievements and participation in development programs is desirable.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for business purposes.
