Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team members, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our customer service or processes, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Integrity: Collect and validate data when interacting with our guests to ensure they receive the best experience with us, and manage and protect company assets through all interactions.
  • Operational Procedures: Understand and implement operational procedures that govern our business, and support new initiatives and help teams impacted by these changes.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs, and leverage resources to provide quick support to questions as they arise.
What You'll Bring
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Availability: Availability to support the business throughout weekends and holidays.
