As a key member of our community-based services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized programs that promote independence, socialization, and community integration for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Staff Training and Support: Provide training and support to facility and day program staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of individual progress, including monthly documentation and progress notes.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate requirements, including ICF rules and regulations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, funding sources, and regulatory agencies to ensure high-quality services and support.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field and one year of experience in direct service with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to build positive relationships, and knowledge of ICF rules and regulations.
- Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate of $20.75 and full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week.
