Apex K Home Care Inc. is on the lookout for committed and enthusiastic individuals to become part-time ABA Therapists or Behavior Support Specialists. Our passionate team delivers personalized ABA services aimed at helping children reach essential developmental milestones, including enhancing social and communication abilities, as well as addressing challenging behaviors.

Job Type: Part-time

Compensation Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, with potential for gradual pay increases

  • RBT Certified individuals start at $22.00/hour

Travel Requirements: Local cases assigned whenever feasible, with compensation for travel time and mileage

Qualifications:

The ideal candidates should have a passion for working with children and an interest in psychology. Previous experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating skill development programs
  • Effective collaboration with families
  • Timely submission of necessary documentation
  • Participation in monthly case review sessions

Additional Qualifications for ABA Therapists:

  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Experience with children, particularly those with developmental challenges
  • Availability for a minimum number of weekly hours
  • Reliable transportation and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to work independently

Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
License Requirement: Valid Driver's License

Experience Requirement: At least 6 months of experience working with children or adolescents
