Job Title: Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Primary Health Solutions. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will provide clinical services for referred patients in school and/or clinic settings, offer consultation to area schools and agencies, and provide treatment and/or care coordination of mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides clinical services for referred patients in school and/or clinic settings.
  • Offers consultation to area schools and agencies.
  • Provides treatment and/or care coordination of mental health issues.
  • Conducts clinical assessments and develops integrated wellness plans.
  • Facilitates behavioral interventions and crisis interventions.
  • Collaborates with agency staff and community service providers to coordinate referrals and delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Active master's degree in social work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling required.
  • Active licensure in the state of Ohio required.
  • Two years' experience working with indigent populations and community-based programs preferred.
  • Experience as a Behaviorist or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of NextGen or other EHR/EMR systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
