Associate Merchant Success Manager

At ShipBob, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Merchant Success Manager to join our growing Merchant Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth for our merchants.
Key Responsibilities:- Consultation: Understand merchant needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Solutions: Facilitate merchant growth and success by developing dynamic action plans and recommending key ShipBob features and services.
- Adoption: Encourage merchant adoption of key ShipBob features and services to drive business growth and success.
- Risk Management: Monitor merchant health and take proactive measures to prevent issues and ensure a positive business impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, to deliver best-in-class merchant experiences.
- Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure merchant success and identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and merchant services in the technology industry.
- Aptitude to sell via quota attainment.
- Keen perceptive intelligence in assessing merchant needs and driving solutions to meet those needs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through oral, written, and in-person mediums.
- Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver comprehensive solutions for merchants.
- PowerPoint and Excel skills.
