Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day execution of consulting projects and ensure successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement.
  • Drive development of content, either directly or by providing guidance to the consulting and client teams.
  • Support client relationship management on a day-to-day basis.
  • Support project scope and maintain an acceptable pace of work.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual property within the Financial Services Industry.
  • Engage with Insurance and Reinsurance macro industry trends, competitive dynamics, and disruptors to generate thought leadership and innovative new ideas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Strategy Consulting and/or industry-relevant strategy/corporate development experience supporting Insurance, Reinsurance, or Private Equity clients.
  • Experience in growth strategy and business model transformation, performance improvement/cost re-engineering, transaction support, pricing, and revenue optimization.
  • Outstanding problem-solving acumen, leveraging strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver impactful results from ideation to execution.
  • Exceptional Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced degree or MBA.

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $140,000 annually.
