As a CBRE Lead Building Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for observing, documenting, and presenting building condition issues to management, facility teams, and sponsors. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

City Center is a complex of two Class-A landmark office buildings totaling 1.3M square feet. The project offers a large outdoor plaza, on-site retail destinations, and an exclusive tenant-only fitness facility and conference center.

Situated in downtown Denver, City Center is a prime location for professionals.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
Investigate and triage anomalies, providing direction and resolution to remedy undesirable building conditions.
Identify and direct repair and maintenance work, collaborating with internal teams and clients.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share knowledge of job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and building consensus among team members.

Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior shift management or supervisory experience is preferred.
Meet the physical requirements of this role, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Sophisticated math skills, including calculating complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and financial-related calculations.

Compensation:
The minimum salary for the Lead Building Engineer position is $87,360 annually, and the maximum salary is $95,680 annually. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
