Compensation and Benefits

As a Senior Drywall Estimation and Project Manager, you can expect a highly competitive salary of approximately $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions in Denver, CO. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a generous performance-based bonus program, which offers up to 20% of your annual salary in bonuses.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial drywall estimation and project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for surveying projects, estimating labor and materials costs, and communicating financial cost and project timelines to customers.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial drywall estimation and project management
  • Strong knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff estimating software and experience using Procore, Plan Grid, or Blue Beam
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • A keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures, with a focus on creating injury-free work environments
