Job Overview

Bon Appetit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase our commitment to quality and creativity
  • Lead a team of chefs and cooks to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment
  • Proven track record of menu development, food cost control, and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
