Job Summary

The Executive Chef is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing culinary operations, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring exceptional food quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to meet customer needs and preferences
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to ensure high-quality food production and presentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and labor to achieve financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, techniques, and technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • 4+ years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements
