  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as required
