Position Overview
In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service and product support, playing a crucial part in the overall customer experience.

As a Client Support Representative I, you will represent HealthStream and advocate for our clients. You will gain a deep understanding of HealthStream products and delight clients with your extensive knowledge and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and training.
  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems, working to understand and rectify issues.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, communicating in a timely, professional, and respectful manner.
  • Identify, test, and verify issues, providing clear documentation to the development team.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by collaborating on customer-focused initiatives.
  • Participate in testing new features and releases.
  • Offer suggestions for product enhancements based on data and customer feedback.
Qualifications
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, though practical experience may be considered.
  • Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional phone presence and excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on prioritization and ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Natural aptitude for resolving technical issues and providing comprehensive solutions.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for better understanding.
  • Active listening skills and a commitment to being an empathetic customer advocate.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn how systems work.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule, providing coverage during specified hours, with weekends and holidays off.
