Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Sales Department, handling incoming calls and qualifying leads to direct them to the appropriate Sales Person.
  • Respond to sales inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking accommodations, meeting space, and catering services for assigned markets.
  • Provide sales support to the Director of Sales, Associate Director of Sales, and Conference Services, including lead generation and distribution.
  • Sell and detail banquet event orders and meeting space diagrams to the Banquet Team for private dining events.
  • Represent the hotel to customers in executing negotiated group and catering sales agreements.
  • Initiate new sales, prospects, and qualify leads, writing proposals and contracts for meeting space and accommodations.
  • Attend daily business reviews and weekly sales meetings to discuss customer group requests and business operations.
  • Conduct site inspections and property tours with potential customers, showcasing hotel facilities and services.
  • Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts.
