This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a ability to develop and implement solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions to meet customer needs, including procurement and order placement, and managing MSC ControlPoint Solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the account team to maximize customer satisfaction and future projects.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve on-site customer product and service issues by providing sales-related solutions.
- Communication: Communicate customer concerns to management to ensure effective and lasting problem resolution.
- Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors to locate sources for product, produce quotes, expedite orders, and arrange product training.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with email, various internet browsers, and/or the Windows operating system.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills required.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and sales skills required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
- Working Industrial Knowledge: Working industrial knowledge preferred.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time may be required.
- Lifting: Ability to lift items of up to 50 pounds required as needed.
Compensation starting at $69,300 depending on experience.
