About the Role

As a Senior Client Advisor at Crucial Learning, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management and sales initiatives. This role requires a high level of execution, analysis, and relationship-building skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets and expand existing client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-9 years of sales experience in a complex business environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
