Clement Manor Inc is a distinguished community focused on independent living, assisted living, and long-term care, recognized nationally for its commitment to providing an exceptional quality of life for seniors. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Environmental Services Aide within our Support Services department. These positions are available for both Full-Time First Shift (6:30am-3:00pm) and Part-Time Second Shift (3:00pm-7:00pm).
As an Environmental Services Aide, your primary responsibility will be to adhere to infection control protocols while ensuring a clean and safe environment for our residents. This role requires flexibility, including working every other weekend and holiday rotations. While experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as emptying trash and recycling, vacuuming, dusting, damp wiping, cleaning restrooms, mopping, bed making, and conducting final room inspections.
- Collect waste from designated areas within established timeframes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned equipment and storage areas.
- Restock essential supplies including paper products, trash bags, and soap in patient and public areas.
- Execute additional cleaning duties as assigned.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
