Role Summary

In this Sales Business Development Representative role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships in an assigned geographic region. The initial focus is centered around multi-family communities, and other residential verticals include students, athletes, military, real estate, and more.

About the Role
  • Achieve market share growth by prospecting for new business via cold calling, networking, attending industry events/tradeshows, and research within assigned markets.
  • Sell new services to existing clients.
  • Leverage virtual tools and social media to engage prospects and existing clients.
Responsibilities

Present Value-Based Solutions to key decision-makers both in person and virtually. Plan and execute strategic marketing plans; show appreciation for clients in creative ways. Maintain account-accurate records in Salesforce and work pipeline through full sales cycles.

Requirements
  • Outside sales experience.
  • Strong CRM experience, specifically Salesforce.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
