About the Role

Cumulus Media is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Green Bay, WI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the media industry and its trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
