Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and materials
  • Operate mail sorting, mail opening, and mail capture equipment
  • Process payments, payment capture, and reject handling
  • Stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Operate a 10-key adding machine
  • Complete accuracy and compliance testing as needed
  • Perform clerical tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Experienced in data entry and customer service
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
