Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of team members during their shift
  • Monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off
  • Assign duties to team members based on their role and skills
  • Supervise performance and provide feedback to team members
  • Train new and current team members on tasks and procedures
  • Handle customer issues and manage conflicts
  • Adhere to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards
  • Uphold integrity and security with member documents and sensitive information
  • Manage club cleanliness and maintenance to ensure a high-quality environment
  • Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent required
  • Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided by Planet Fitness)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift
