About the Role

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora brand ambassador, fully immersing themselves in our culture, product, and customer experience. This role offers the exciting opportunity to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside the team to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development to ensure the store's success.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
  • Utilize business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results and exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop exceptional teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving their Key Performance Indicators (KPI) goals.
  • Build brand loyalty by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections with customers.
  • Build a network and inspire to bring the best talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Results-orientated leadership skills with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to deliver positive results and exceed individual and store sales goals.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
