  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, including assisting with product location, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, including displays, fixtures, and signage.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies to minimize shrink and protect company assets.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Proficient in inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift up to 50 pounds.
