As the Retail Operations Leader, you will mentor and oversee a team comprising Assistant Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

- Building lasting relationships with customers that extend beyond transactions, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Collaborating with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to identify and address any performance challenges and policy adherence.
- Leveraging your expertise across talent management, brand promotion, operations, and customer experience to ensure the effective implementation of visual merchandising standards, streamlined operational processes, and ongoing team development.
Performing additional duties as required.Qualifications:
