Position Overview

Titan Machinery is seeking a dedicated Inside Parts Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Case Agricultural Parts Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and technicians by:

This role is ideal for you if you:

  • Prioritizing Customer Satisfaction: Deliver parts to our clientele and company technicians in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Becoming a Knowledgeable Resource: Serve as the primary contact who can swiftly identify the correct part for every task.
  • Committing to Quality: Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing company systems and maintain an organized inventory of products and supplies.
  • Ensuring Safety: Maintain a strong focus on the safety of yourself and your colleagues.

Required Qualifications

This position is a great fit for your career if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of relevant experience or possess a high school diploma/GED.
  • Enjoy engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone.
  • Take pleasure in organizing and assisting teammates and customers.
  • Are eager to learn and keep current with product and system training.
