About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team at LexisNexis Legal & Professional. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for owning and developing a successful product strategy for AI products within the Practical Guidance space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and Understanding Customer Needs: Work closely with customers to gather and understand their use cases, needs, and pain points.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Maintain close contact with customers to anticipate market trends and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Process Development: Create processes to recognize and address customer needs, ensuring that our products meet their expectations.
  • Team Alignment and Coaching: Align and coach the team to ensure that customer needs are met, and our products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Competitor and Regulatory Analysis: Understand competitors and regulatory environments to ensure that our products remain competitive and compliant.
  • Market Segmentation: Segment markets and understand sub-segment needs in detail to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Progress Tracking: Leverage metrics to track progress on customer needs and make data-driven decisions.
  • Data Management: Access data from multiple sources and manage through data ambiguity to ensure that our products are informed by accurate and reliable data.
Requirements
  • Product Management Experience: Have a profound grasp of product management, acquired through extensive and invaluable experience.
  • Product Ownership: Be recognized as a full owner of a product or sizable feature.
  • Product Launch Experience: Work with new product or product features to the market.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead product customer engagements resulting in positive commercial outcomes.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field or equivalent experience.
