Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Dexis Consulting Group. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior staff members
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes
  • Develop and maintain trackers and tables for planning and monitoring tasks and responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and assembly of meeting materials, including note-taking and tracking action items
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and visa applications
  • Support other team members and collaborate with the IPI Center for Education's Staff Assistant as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret-level security clearance
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing needs
  • Interest in international development, education, and/or policy is a plus
