Job Summary

Metroderm DC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient flow and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts
  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling
  • Perform filing and data entry tasks
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Dermatology experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software
