**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
* Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as required
* Document patient care accurately and timely in our system of record
* Promote health education and training to family members and caregivers
* Collaborate with physicians and case managers to ensure seamless care delivery

**What We Offer:**
* Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience

**Requirements:**
* 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
