The position of Nurse Practitioner: Medical-Surgical Specialization at Wellspring Nurse Source is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to make a meaningful impact in patient care. As a seasoned nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical-surgical nursing services to patients in need. This role requires effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with various medical conditions and post-operative needs.
- Monitor patient status, including vital signs, lab results, and response to treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Skill Requirements:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $76,520, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. In addition to a tax-free stipend, our compensation package offers flexibility and competitive rates that cater to your specific needs. Please note that actual pay may vary based on individual circumstances and confirmation from our team.
