Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team in Durham. As a key member of our therapy team, you'll work closely with occupational therapists to provide high-quality treatment to children with special needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with occupational therapists to provide high-quality treatment to children with special needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs
  • Provide education and support to parents and caregivers on strategies to promote their child's development
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress

Requirements:

  • NC licensure in COTA required
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based atmosphere

Compensation and Benefits: Our competitive salary range is $45,000 - $58,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and professional growth. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
