We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Geriatric Caregiver to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to geriatric patients.

About the Job

Salary: $5,000 sign-on bonus plus competitive hourly rate

This full-time position involves assisting residents with their daily needs, including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and administering medication as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient care records and collaborating with charge nurses to ensure seamless resident care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Administer oral hygiene and denture care
  • Maintain accurate patient care records
  • Collaborate with charge nurses to address resident needs and treatments
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry
  • Willingness to work with geriatric patients and demonstrate genuine concern for their welfare
  • Able to receive, understand, and follow orders
  • Availability to attend in-service training and staff meetings as required
