Sales Development Manager

Manta Resources is a privately owned HVAC distributor with over 75 years of experience. We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager - Kansas City to join our team and help us grow our presence in the market.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, hungry to grow the north side Kansas City market, and can work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting assigned accounts within a 70-mile radius, developing business plans, and improving profitability and efficiency.
As a Sales Development Manager - Kansas City, you will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional income of $8,900 to cover fuel, car allowance, & car maintenance. You will also have opportunities for bonus payments and flexible scheduling.
